HERE COMES THE RAIN AGAIN BY THE EURYTHMICS





Yesterday’s song didn’t work in it's voodoo to make the sun shine, so I’m going to use reverse weather creating psychology juju and use this song. Plus, this is a really great song. Lush, haunting, romantic and orchestral and it stands the test of time. When I’m forced to hear the “at work” radio station, this is one of the few songs I don’t mind hearing.





I didn’t have a huge appreciation for The Eurythmics as a kid during their popularity, but now that I’m all growed up I can see in hindsight that their Adult Contempo sounds and imagery were pretty cool. Annie Lennox is pretty awesome and this song is probably my favorite from their rich, hit-filled catalogue.
