I’m not too sure what they’re trying to say with the lyrics here. It may be something about the titular character secretly butchering meat and the narrator liking him? It could be about a serial killer. If I were hipster enough, I’d just know but this song is so good, I really don’t care. I love when he says, “He always took the time to speak to me, I liked him for that.”
The music is Joy Division-esque and that is never a bad thing. I love music that is awesome to dance to that isn’t capital “D” dance music and if this song doesn’t get you dancing around your home something is wrong with your feet. If you are making a Winter playlist that has nothing to do with glittery holidays, then put this shit on there fast.
