Well, that’s all folks! Today is the last day of summer and
so I thought I’d totally love a song that reminds me of summers past while
looking forward to all the rain this part of the world dumps on us. And, yes,
gentle reader, if you need to, you can stand under my umbrella, ella, ella,
ella, eh, eh, eh, eh….
So, this was one of those songs that everybody loved when it
was a hit. If you weren’t a pop fan or a Rihanna h8er I bet you still loved
this song. It’s so good. I’ll admit when I first heard it, without really
listening to the lyric, I thought it was some kind of dirty metaphor. But, when
I realized the underlying message of support and friendship I couldn’t help but
love it. You couldn’t either. Admit it.
