So, she’s back with Ultraviolence of which half I love and the other half is growing on me. This single is missing the swagger of the first album’s songs and their hip hop vibe, but that’s cool. If LDR wants to make something that sounds like it should be on the soundtrack of a 70’s cult movie, that’s totally good with me. This song is just groovy, man.

Also, I’m on the West Coast and can I just say I’m loving this summer? I moved to the beach recently and there is literally sand under my desk right now. Not a lot and before you think I’m living on the beach just know that I’m not. Just nice and close.
