Style Matters

4 Super Stahs Who I've Never Seen In a Good Outfit
(Or skip this post if you're over Internet snark)

So, I was flipping through my copy of, “Your Heiress Diary: Confess it All to Me” by Paris Hilton (no, really and yes, it was a gift) when I realized that I’ve never seen Paris Hilton in a good outfit. Like, ever.
So then it got me to thinking of other famous ladies who I’ve never seen in a good outfit and I came up with four (I tried for five) of them. They are, in no particular order:

Paris Hilton
There was a time when she would show up to the opening of an envelope and she always wore something different. She tends to go for cheap looking and shiny with lots of bedazzling or else once in awhile, when I think she’s trying to be classy, she does a strange slutty/mother-of-the-bride combo.

Britney Spears
Just awful. Whether she’s doing some one-legged spangly thing on stage or rocking a grossly grown out weave, cheeto-stained fingers, frayed daisy dukes and bare feet in a convenience store parking lot Ms. Spears just looks tacky and nasty, y’alls.

Mariah Carey
When she debuted she was too matronly and dressed too old for age. Around the time she divorced she made up for lost time with too tight, too short and super slutty usually all at the same time.  I do give her props for flaunting her not-perfect body with pride and giving the finger to the body facists out there, but maybe she should take it all down a notch or twelve.

Christina Aguielera
She’s got all the goods to be a sexy, pretty lady but everything is just too, too much. She almost hit it in her “Candy Man” video, but somehow managed to miss the mark. The latest trying to be Ga-Ga after the fact blew up in her face. Let's face it, since there is a Ga Ga, there really is no need for an Aguilera.

I had wanted to post the top 5 but between me and my fashion elves, we couldn't come up with another person. Everybody agreed on the other 4 but for everyone else, one or two good outfits managed to come up. If you are reading this and have thought of the fifth person, please let me know.
